Client onboarding currently supports iCabbi. During Company setup, operators choose the dispatch platform and can add the API key and secret needed for mapping and deployment.

Can we buy only the products we need?

Yes. Products are purchased individually. TaxiApps shows the setup charge and the future billing model on each product card before the operator commits.

Do we need Lopay to get started?

No. Lopay is optional for onboarding and product purchase, but it is needed if you want card payments in supported booking journeys and apps.

How does Passenger App go live?

Passenger App starts in fixed-location mode for clients. After the first location is saved, the app can auto-deploy and create venue-specific links for desks, hotels, and other pickup points.
